Panama: At what age did the talents get their first job?

Panama is the first country in the region to start working at an earlier age, according to the report.

According to the “First Job” report, of the 58% of Panamanians who studied while working, 63% did so in another area that during studies, while only 37% were able to work for the first time in a job related to their career.

In addition, 57% of respondents answered that they started their own Working life between 18 and 20 years old.
