A muscular center creates a sporty look. But losing weight is easier said than done. But don’t worry, you can fix this problem with some tricks.

But don’t be too self-critical and work for healthy well-being, not looking weak. So two things should be clarified first:

  1. Problem areas often seem worse to us than they really are.
  2. No one has a flat stomach all the time because gas is natural and makes it nearly impossible to get a completely flat stomach.

Intense full-body exercises instead of sit-ups

Even if you do 50 sit-ups a day, your abs can be hidden by a layer of fat. Therefore, do intense full-body exercises. You burn calories and more body fat all over your body. So you don’t have to spend hours at the gym – short and pleasant, but more intense, it definitely works.

This is how increased calorie consumption is successful.

With increasing heart rate, calorie consumption increases. Therefore, the higher the heart rate, the more calories burned per minute. The following should be noted:

  • Dynamic stretching and short interval training should be combined in a 15-minute warm-up.
  • Make the pauses as low as possible so that the heart rate stays high for as long as possible.
  • The faster you move, the more intense the training will be. So watch out for speed.
  • Hop, hop, hop! Blow up your legs once provides variety and an automatic increase in heart rate. Try skipping rope!
  • Targeted exercises should be avoided as whole body stretching is required.

The best exercise for a strong core

Despite all the calorie-burning exercises that are beneficial, you need to be intrinsically fit. A board is perfect for this! Just lean on your elbows, head down and on your toes. You can hold this position or walk with your feet apart and back together.

A plank not only strengthens the stomach, it also makes you more fit and good movement overall. Balance, back, leg and chest muscles are worked at the same time. Exercise can be incorporated into any exercise.

And once again diet plays a role

Unfortunately, muscles don’t come from healthy eating. Therefore, do not ignore the following points for a slim figure:

  • Avoid highly processed foods such as microwave meals, fast food or chips. High sugar and salt content creates stubborn belly fat.
  • Drink lots of water instead of sweet drinks or alternatively unsweetened tea. This speeds up metabolism and reduces bloating.
  • Eat whole foods such as healthy fats, protein, and fruits and vegetables.

Goodbye to alcoholic summer drinks!

As much as we hate to hear it, alcohol is a real muscle killer. It is incredibly high in calories and increases estrogen levels, which can lead to weight gain. To avoid jeopardizing your sexy washboard stomach, you should set aside the robes for now.
