The new owner of a professional paddle tennis team in Orlando

Puerto Rican reggaeton player Daddy Yankee will be one of the new franchise owners of the Orlando (Florida) Professional Padel League (PPL, in English) team, the first in North America.

“I want to be part of this and leave legacy– said the singer in a statement.

“The paddle reminds me of the first one stages of reggaeton in the 90swhen it was just starting,” he said, who had already retired from the show.

“It is in the same phase Pro Padel League it has great potential for the development of the sport and its increase,” he added.

Another one of the new owners is Tobias Enrique Carrero, shareholder of the Miami Marlins.

The PPL High Performance Team competition started last Saturday with seven teams and will end on June 11.

PPL is dedicated to creating a premier sports league for oar.

There are more than 25 million players around the world and is becoming increasingly popular in the United States and Canada.

Originally from Mexico, this sport has become one of the most important quickly growth in the world, is also gaining popularity in Europe.

Followers of the Puerto Rican singer were delighted by this news.
