ChatGPT then performs a text search on the web and responds. Concrete inputs, called prompts, are deterministic. The more accurate they are, the more detailed the result. For example, ChatGPT has proven helpful when traveling. If you want to plan a hiking weekend in Ticino, type a prompt like this: “I want to take the train to Ticino next weekend. Arrive Friday evening. At least 4 hours of walking, visiting an old town, and a lakeside walk I want to. I want to eat well in the evening. I want to make a plan.” ChatGPT then creates an itinerary (see image).

With Gamma you can save yourself the layout of a Powerpoint presentation. The program has integrated the chatbot from ChatGPT and uses it as a basis for creating slides or flyer sets as desired, again in German. With the “text to deck” function, you can create individual presentations with just a few keywords, including images. This can be useful for clubs that want to use flyers to review the past year or attract new members. Companies can also use Gamma to present products to new customers or to prepare campaigns. As with ChatGPT, the more precise the prompt, the better the result. Gamma is free, but the “text to deck” feature is limited to use. Notion AI program is ideal for storing important information and thoughts in one place. It is equipped with artificial intelligence and can be accessed from multiple devices, whether it is a smartphone or a PC. It is therefore suitable, for example, for compiling and editing the notes and minutes of a club meeting and checking them for linguistic errors with one click. Notion is customizable, so it can also be used for a daily to-do list, a weekly meal plan, or notes for an upcoming trip (see item 2). The standard version is free. To use the AI ​​function without restrictions, you have to pay eight francs per month.

It takes a lot of time to reply to emails. Time that can be saved with the AI ​​tool Superflows. The free program can be integrated into the Google Chrome browser as an add-on. When receiving emails, it suggests a direct response and depends on the content of the incoming emails and your own writing style. Users can choose whether the mail is written in formal or professional language. If you want to write specific information in the mail, you can enter it using the prompts that Superflows has formulated in the appropriate language.
