The rave calendar for your summer 2023

So that from this weekend you can dance (almost) every upcoming weekend, preferably in the open air, listening to your favorite DJane and happy: the best raves take place here, from techno to Goa.

The Hive flies out. Namely in the workshop of SBB, in the middle of the industrial estate. Artists from Zurich and the region are featured behind the DJ counter. Women can pass the bouncer from the age of 21, men from the age of 23.

The House of Electronic Arts invites you to dance. Melodic techno and drum and bass are played on the Basler Dreispitz to gently usher in the summer. There will be food and drinks and those who cannot attend can also follow the event via live stream.

Because the lake, the sunset and electronic music go so well together, here’s a fantastic suggestion for the Ascension weekend: Tanz am See in Steckborn. The Daydance will only take place in good weather, otherwise it will be postponed.

In the Gare de Lion you can keep romping thanks to the circus tent, even if the weather is not cooperating. Good music, something to eat and cool drinks are also provided.

The Hive Air is no longer allowed to take place in Birrfeld – for reasons of noise pollution and bird protection. Instead, there will be dancing in Wohlen this year – to some of the headliners that were there last year. More details about the location will be announced later.

The label “Backtolife Records” calls for dancing again. The motto of the Day Rave in Gossau in Eastern Switzerland this year is “Jungle”.

Techno and disco house continue in Murten in June until your feet almost fall off. In the afternoon you enjoy the music in the sun and you are rested the next morning (unless you go dancing somewhere else, of course).

With the Bay Dance, the Small Room collective organizes a different party than usual. Under the motto of a relaxing day at the beach, there is something to eat and beer pong. In the evening, when it is too cool to swim, people can warm up with a little dance.

Can’t get enough of the beautiful view? Then get yourself a ticket for «Duss im Schuss». The organizers have spared no expense to ensure that all visitors love the somewhat remote location and return home well into the night.

The Tension Festival features a concentrated load of electronic music for two days: from soft house to hard industrial techno. During the day the dancing takes place in the open air, in the evening it continues in the Nordstern or in the Klub district of Basel.
