The “Super Mario Bros. Movie” is currently breaking one record after another and is certainly already one of the cinema hits of 2023. Those who can’t get enough of the film and its characters can now look forward to a special Monopoly edition .
You can now buy the well-known and popular board game from Amazon as Monopoly “Super Mario Bros. Film” Edition for 37.99 euros pre-order. The game will be released on June 1, 2023.
Special Monopoly with Bowser character
The design of the game is inspired by the “Super Mario Bros. Movie”. There are also characters that come from the world of “Super Mario”. Includes Peach’s crown, Mario’s hat, a Super Mushroom and more.
Special about this edition of Monopoly is the Bowser figure. It is moved on the field. Bowser can trade lots, steal coins and send players to jail. Bowser thus brings a pinch of chaos to the gameplay.
There is one more element that changes the well-known game of Monopoly. The warp tubes allow players to move to any space between the tubes. Of course, this can become a decisive advantage when buying land.
The lots are well-known locations from the movie and the event cards also provide a “Super Mario” flair.
