After winning the second season “The Unstoppable School”Alicia Vivanco, a Peruvian entrepreneur, took the opportunity and responsibility to convey the message of empowerment and success stories to all women in Latin America.

Vivanco reflected on his participation in “The Unstoppable School”, she commented to Panama America that it was “difficult”, the competition was full of stress and unpleasant situations, however, the entrepreneur was clear about her purpose, to win, while keeping in mind that she would gain friends, sisterhood, work ethic and so that he would not lack his values.
In it reality Vivanco, industrial engineer and health coachShe used every moment, learned from other competitors and their mentors, realized the importance of cooperation and that everyone can be successful in their field, even if they are a competitor.

Finally, Vivanco advised turning fear and fearsuse it as a catalyst to take action: “(…) fear is not necessarily a bad thing, sometimes it’s a good thing, that’s what’s called a catalyst, to keep moving forward and instead of seeing it as something that paralyzes you, they see it on others way, and they see it as an impulse and that if they are afraid to do it with fear.”
“The Unstoppable School”, first reality jurisdiction of female empowerment in Latin America, 10 entrepreneurs from different countries participated in the production and in the main roles of women, Laura Tobon as the manager and Silvina Moschini (the first Latin American woman who brought the company to the status of “Unicorn”) as the main mentor.
