Appropriate kitchen scenario depending on the problem

First, Streiff clarifies where the problem is with the company. Is the team in a conflict and can’t find a way out? Is this a leadership issue? Or should harmony simply be strengthened? Streiff designs a suitable kitchen scenario depending on the problem. The cook team has two hours to prepare the starter, main course and dessert. It takes a briefing, recipes, and ingredients.

Ease a situation, communicate, work better together, accept challenges and be flexible: is it really possible to develop all these skills by cooking for two hours together? “Disclosure is very important,” says Brigitte Streiff. “The exercise won’t do much if you don’t come back and let the participants think about their role.”

Streiff says that creating a kitchen team won’t resolve any fundamental conflict, but some dead-end situations can be resolved this way. And maybe even make a nice meal out of it!
