Puffed or boiled eggs can be dyed.

1. Put the ingredients for each color in a saucepan (adjust the size of the pan and the amount of ingredients to the number of eggs you want to dye each color).
2. Add the white eggs and cover the pot contents with water.
3. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
4. After 20 minutes, carefully remove the eggs and place them in a heatproof bowl.
5. Pour the liquid from the saucepan over the eggs and cover them completely.
6. Add a generous dash of vinegar.
7. Allow to cool and leave the eggs in the room temperature broth for at least four hours (preferably overnight). The longer the eggs are in the water, the more intense the color will be.
8. Remove the eggs from the coloring liquid and let them dry.
9. When the eggs are completely dry, rub the eggs with a little oil to intensify the color.

Easter eggs with a pattern

To get a beautiful pattern, you still need one or two old tights, scissors, string, and plants or leaves from the garden. White eggs are easier to dye.

Cut the pantyhose into pieces about 30 cm long, place the leaf or flower on the egg, and then wrap the stocking around the egg. Then tighten the sock as tight as possible and twist the end.
