The musical “Canta el acordeón” met with the approval of Sandra Sandoval, who was with her family on the second day of the performance and was delighted with the staging.
“Canta el acordeón”, with a libretto by Agustín Clemento and Jonathan Prospero, debuted on April 1 at the National Theater, and on the second day of the performance, “Gallina Fina”, Tavo Flores, her husband, and their two children participated.
“Gallina Fina” commented that the work is very good and did not go into details about it because it must be seen, repeating that the public cannot miss it.

Repertoire of works, under the guidance Augustine Clementalso includes “I forgot to love you”“El baile de la coneja”, “Brujería” and other hits of the group celebrating 40 years of artistic career.
“This work is very good,” “I recommend it,” and “I want to come back tomorrow,” were some of the expressions Sandoval used to show his satisfaction with the musical and was even seen clapping wildly when the show ended.
Lissette Condassinproducer of the musical, she shared on her personal Instagram profile (@lcondassin) photo of Sandoval in the National Theater, and in the description he wrote that a picture is worth a thousand words. “(…) Sandra Sandoval’s emotion when she saw ‘Sing the accordion’,” the publication says.
What is the musical about?
“Sing the Accordion” is a love story that takes place in “Quebradillo”, a fictional town in from the inside country, and which has more than 60 artists on stage as José Miguel Castro, Wendy Jaramillo, Janett Vásquez, Meli Moreno and other talents.
The musical work is unique in its kind, since it is the first time that a staging with typical popular music appears on the tables. He repertoire includes the hits “Los patrónes de la cumbia”, Samy and Sandra Sandoval.
Augusto Guerra was responsible for the musical direction of “Canta el acordeón”, and the work will be performed until April 16.
