Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman are (of course) on board, as are Emma Corrin (The Crown) as the villain and, more recently, Matthew Macfadyen (Succession) in a role many have described as “the third wheel in the car” for himself So in “Deadpool 3” probably somehow attached to the heels of the main character duo Deadpool and Wolverine. But of course that’s not the full cast of the third “Deadpool” movie.
Like the American industry magazine reported, become Leslie Uggams And Karan Sonic reprise their roles as Blind Al and Dopinder from Deadpool and Deadpool 2 in Deadpool 3.
We know Blind Al from the first two films as a roommate (reluctantly?) and confidant of Deadpool, who eventually moved into the house of the elderly, blind woman and found a bunch of guns, lots of cocaine and a (supposed?) cure for blindness. In Deadpool 2, in one of the funniest scenes, the mutant played by Ryan Reynolds takes refuge in Blind Al’s house as the lower half of his body grows back.
On the other hand, we get to know Dopinder in “Deadpool” as a taxi driver who drives the title character to two central action scenes of the film and takes some inspiration from Deadpool. It even goes so far that he also wants to become a hit man in “Deadpool 2”. At the end of the movie, he even helps Deadpool and Co. in the big final battle.
It is not yet known what role Blind Al and Dopinder will play in “Deadpool 3”. However, we expect the two fan favorites to stay true to each other and engage in their well-known roles as sidekicks and gag targets.
Anyway, the appearance of Blind Al and Dopinder underlines that in “Deadpool 3” we meet the same Deadpool from the first two films, although the new film is set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) for the first time. Exactly how the character from the X-Men universe will transfer to the Avengers universe has not been officially confirmed yet. However, Hugh Jackman may have hinted: time travel and the Marvel Multiverse may very well be…
