class=”sc-3778e872-0 gWjAEa”>

The Swiss Federal Institute for Forest, Snow and Landscape Research (WSL)’s report, part of the “Adaptation to Climate Change” federal pilot program, examined how climate change affects the distribution of the Chinese cannabis palm. A statement on Tuesday.

During the winter, the deciduous trees took a break, while the cannabis palm continued its photosynthetic and developmental activity. It was said that thanks to this competitive advantage, palm trees spread over a wide area.

According to the report, despite the negative results, the Asian invaders have a good reputation among the Swiss public. In a Switzerland-wide survey, more than half (59 percent) of 2,000 respondents rated hemp dates positively.
