’65: On the verge of extinction’ is already on the domestic billboard

“65: The Edge of Extinction,” starring Adam Driver, might be another dinosaur movie, but the trailer for the Sam Raimi-produced movie is more than that.

The film conceived and directed by Scott Beck and Bryan Woods, the screenwriters of “A Quiet Place”, is now available on the posters of domestic cinemas with a dose of action, science fiction and scenes in which their characters will fight for survival.

The title itself reveals that the characters, Commander Mills (Adam Driver) and Koa (Ariana Greenblatt), will race against time for their survival after catastrophic accident it led them to Landbut 65 million years ago.

Mills is the pilot of an interplanetary journey and after an accident he discovers where they are stranded, a place where they will have to fight their way through terrain full of dangerous creatures prehistoricdinosaurs.

Koa, survivors of clashon stage develops a parental dynamics with Mills, who seems focused on eliminating the creatures stalking them and getting them both to safety.

Adam Driver39, began work on “65: The Edge of Extinction” in September 2020, two months later Greenblatt and Coleman joined the cast.

“For us, 65 was a project that we wrote when it came out ‘Peaceful Place’ and the studio decided it would be a franchise. We wrote ‘A Quiet Place’ because we were tired of the consequences, and then we made this movie out of it,” said Bryan Woods during his appearance at the 2020 Nightstream Film Festival.

It is worth mentioning that Driver never worked with Woods and Beck, but despite the fact that the tape was the third project to lead professionally, it was a “unique” experience for the actor.
