1. Wash and chop the wild garlic, tomatoes, zucchini and parsley.
2. Heat the butter and canola oil in a skillet.
3. Steam vegetables and wild garlic in a frying pan.
4. Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl with a whisk.
5. Mix with parsley, salt and pepper.
6. Fry the egg mass in a pan with oil.
7. Put the boiled vegetables on the omelet and sauté briefly.

Wild garlic scrambled eggs

preparation

1. Wash the wild garlic and finely chop it.
2. Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the bacon in it.
3. Beat eggs with cream and add salt and pepper.
4. Add the egg mixture to the bacon, add the wild garlic and sauté briefly.
5. Use a spatula to scrape the mass together and divide until a golden-brown scrambled egg is formed.

3. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to the mustard mixture.

5. Whisk the egg yolk mixture and mustard mixture in a bowl until creamy.
