Michael Bay not only directed cinema films such as “Transformers” and “Ambulance”, but also worked for the Netflix streaming service with the action movie “6 Underground”. The filmmaker is now staging his very first series for another provider: Michael Bays not yet unnamed bounty hunter project coming to Amazon Prime Video.
How The series is said to be about an American bounty hunter who works south of the country’s border. There he finds himself in an all-out battle for survival when the man he follows gets them both into trouble with the Mexican cartel.
The series is currently in development at Amazon. Michael Bay is on board as director and producer. The script controls Joe Barton bee, who has already written scripts for series such as “Humans”, the recently canceled Netflix series “Half Bad” and the sci-fi series “The Lazarus Project”, which was published by WOW in Germany last year.

Michael Bay has the project loud been on the list for a while: “I was inspired to do this about five years ago when I was hanging out in Costa Rica with a former US federal agent who surfed every day and lived the good life. He makes his fun, laid-back lifestyle in Costa Rica possible through ‘bad gringos’ track down those hiding in South America.’
Screenwriter Joe Barton promises the series will be “exciting and action-packed.” – we can’t really imagine it any other way with Michael Bay. Just last year, Bay brought a strong action movie to the cinema with the thriller “Ambulance”, and without the CGI overkill that is otherwise so common with him.
