Amazon remains your first point of contact if you are looking for good deals. The in-ear headphones from Sony and Jabra are currently still heavily discounted by the shipping giant. And the premium 4K TV Sony A90J is now historically cheap.
The 65-inch (164-centimeter) and 83-inch (210-centimeter) models are currently available from Amazon at the respective low prices. The smaller variant costs 2099 euros, the large option 3799 euros*. The smallest panel of the A90J with 55 inches (139 centimeters) is 1599 euros*.

Sony A90J: Almost as good as the A95K and considerably cheaper
The Sony A90J, released in 2021, is the predecessor of the A95K. Technically, both televisions are close to each other. As expected, the newer A95K leads the way in a number of areas, for example offering slightly higher brightness (980 candelas per square centimeter instead of 840) and better viewing angle stability.
In addition, Sony relies on a QD OLED panel with Quantum Dots for the 2022 model, which promise even more brilliant colors. The processor is the same though, so you don’t have to compromise when it comes to 4K upscaling and menu navigation.
The better display of the A95K is also reflected in the price. As part of the frenzied sale, the 55-inch version is currently available at MediaMarkt 1999 euros*, the model with 65 inches is 2799 euros*.
Of course, you have to decide for yourself whether you spend 400 euros or 700 euros more for the current model from Sony. In daily use, you will probably hardly notice the difference between the two displays.
Because the image of the A90J scores with strong contrasts, deep black and very high color fidelity. A special treat is the excellent anti-reflective coating, which makes it easy to enjoy the film even in daylight. With two HDMI 2.1 inputs and up to 120 Hertz, the television is also very suitable for fast-reacting games.
The Sony A90J distinguishes itself from the competition in the high-end segment with its sound. The technique seems almost ingenious, because with the A90J the display itself is made to vibrate invisibly and therefore actually functions as a loudspeaker. In combination with the conventionally installed speakers, the A90J delivers a full sound that even supports Dolby Atmos.
In principle, you can save yourself a soundbar. However, the Sony 4K TV doesn’t come close to the sound of a true 5.1 system. But Sony has also come up with something here and simply provided the TV with two speaker connections. You can integrate the A90J as a center speaker in your home cinema and connect it to an AV receiver.
In summary, with the Sony A90J you get an excellent OLED TV with everything your heart desires. Of course it can always be a little better, but as it turns out, this has its price. The choice is yours.
