Best sauces for Fondue Chinoise

Recipe 1: base sauce

Busy ingredients
250 g QimiQ by Emmi
600g low fat quark

Preparation:

  1. Put QimiQ in a bowl and beat using a whisk until creamy and no lumps.
  2. Add low-fat quark, cover and set aside.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe 2: Herbal Sauce

Busy ingredients
140g QimiQ base sauce (recipe above)
½ bunch fresh coriander
½ bunch decomposition
½ bunch chives
½ bunch chervil
Some Salt
Some

white pepper from the mill

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop all the herbs and add to the QimiQ base sauce.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper and stuff the chinoise sauce garnish.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe 3: Mango Curry Sauce

Busy ingredients
140g QimiQ base sauce (recipe above)
½ Mango
¼ bunch Coriander
Some Curry powder (light or hot, depending on taste)
50 grams Orange juice
Some Salt

Preparation:

  1. Cut the mango in half along the stone, pierce the flesh on both sides (see video), cut and finely chop along with the coriander. Add to base sauce with curry powder (depending on taste).
  2. Taste with a little orange juice and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe 4: Garlic Sauce

Busy ingredients
140g QimiQ base sauce (recipe above)
1 to 2 garlic clove
Some Salt
Some

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the garlic, crush it on a board and finely chop it with a sharp knife.
  2. Add the chopped garlic cloves to the QimiQ Basic Sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe 5: Sweet & Sour Pepper Sauce

Busy ingredients
140g QimiQ base sauce (recipe above)
one Pepper (small)
4 tablespoons sweet sour sauce
Some Salt

Recipe 6: Green Pepper Sauce

Busy ingredients
140g QimiQ base sauce (recipe above)
1 tablespoon green pepper (the more, the hotter)
Some green pepper juice
¼ bunch chives
Some granulated sugar

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop the green pepper and add it to the QimiQ base sauce with some juice (juice from the glass in which the pepper was placed).
  2. Finely chop the chives and add some powdered sugar.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe 7: Mustard Sauce

Busy ingredients
140g

QimiQ base sauce (recipe above)

¼ bunch decomposition
3 tablespoons Mustard (mild or Djonsenf)
Some Salt
Some

pepper

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop the parsley and add to the base sauce along with the mustard.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Use a little more mustard if you want.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
