These films and series are nominated for the Golden Globes 2023

It should be “Hollywood’s Party of the Year”: The 80th Golden Globes take place on January 10, now all nominations are known. Last year, the show was canceled due to massive criticism for a lack of diversity. Now the problems should be solved and nothing should stand in the way of the party, says Helen Hoehne, president of the Association of Foreign Press (HFPA). She organizes the handing over of the gold colored globes.

Set in rural Ireland, the dark comedy The Banshees of Inisherin about a broken male friendship is a favorite in the eight-nomination Golden Globes race. Four cast members (Colin Farrell, Brendan Gleeson, director Martin McDonagh and Kerry Condon) are among the contenders. Science fiction comedy Everything Everywhere All at Once, Hollywood satire Babylon and Steven Spielberg’s autobiographical drama The Fabelmans also have several chances to win.
