In the months that followed, the two also disagreed – mainly because of Kanye West. While Kim Kardashian wanted to complete the formalities quickly, her ex would have repeatedly put obstacles in her way and behaved unwillingly. A year and a half later, an agreement was finally reached.

Under the agreement, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West will have joint custody with “equal access” to their four children. The Grammy Award winner pays his ex-wife $200,000 a month in child support for nine-year-old North, Saint, three years his junior, Chicago, four, and baby Psalm, who was born in 2019. But it must only be his share, the entrepreneur must want to spend the same amount.

The parents also bear 50 percent of all other costs incurred for the safety of the children, their education or tuition. The offspring of celebrities will mainly live with their mother.
