These 10 foods are especially rich in vitamin D.

If you’re tired, not enjoying life, and have trouble concentrating despite getting enough sleep, a possible cause is a vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D is also said to reduce deaths from corona diseases.

Vitamin D in Foods

Vitamin D is predominantly found in animal products such as fatty fish, liver, eggs, pork and soft cheese. But it’s not just him.

  6. Butter: Vitamin D is also found in everyday foods such as butter. Up to 2.5 micrograms of vitamin D is hidden in 100 grams of butter. Although the percentage of vitamins is not high, eating butter is an easy way to get some of the vitamin you need.
  7. Liver: Both chicken liver and lamb and beef liver contain vitamin D. 100 grams of liver contains about two micrograms of vitamin D.
  8. Oysters: Although oysters are consumed very little, they contain high levels of vitamin D. 100 grams of oysters contain 8 micrograms.
  9. Mushrooms: 100 grams of porcini provides you with about 3.1 micrograms of vitamin D. This makes the mushroom with the highest proportion of porcini.
  10. anchovy: Anchovies are an excellent supplier of vitamins and contain particularly large amounts of vitamin D. You get up to 20 micrograms of vitamins in a 100 gram amount. Additionally, anchovies contain large amounts of vitamin B3 and are a real wellness booster.
