Hard work during the week will tire you out on the weekends

The question that still needs to be answered is why so many people still feel tired all day after sleeping in on the weekend. Some experts suspect that the sudden change in sleep duration may disrupt the body’s rhythm, increasing daytime fatigue.

But other voices assume the answer is easier to find. After a tiring week, it’s entirely possible to feel a little more tired than usual.
