Blick reveals spring trends: Leo look and grandfather style

The famous Pantone Color Institute has already set the tone for next season: Peach Fuzz, a delicate peachy pink, is the trend color of this spring and replaces last year’s bright shades such as pink and red. Stars like Beyoncé (42), The Rock (51) and Rihanna (36) are already promoting themselves in Peach Fuzz style. “This pastel color suits spring very well and looks both feminine and fun,” says Tatjana Kotoric. «But be careful: Peach Fuzz can make you pale. You should be lightly tanned or have fresh lipstick on. Otherwise, trend color has no limits. Whether as a dress, blouse or trousers, this tone can be combined wonderfully with other colors. “Stronger pastel tones, especially green or light blue, suit this very well. However, contrasts such as white, beige or ecru also create a harmonious overall picture,” says Kotoric. “Combine Peach Fuzz with glittery elements, especially if you like freshness – these are very popular this spring – while gold and silver accessories complete the look.”

As the saying goes, fashion is temporary. But what if yesterday’s trends suddenly become popular again? This is exactly the case with grandpa style. For a long time, monochrome sneakers in white dominated the fashion world. Spring 2024 will bring a new breath to our shoe shelves: Colorful sneakers in all colors of the rainbow are popular. This includes the Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66, which became the trendy shoe in yellow in the hit movie “Kill Bill – Volume 1” 20 years ago, thanks to Uma Thurman (53). “Anyone can wear colorful sneakers. “These are a good addition to the white sneakers we all already have in our closets,” says Tatjana Kotoric. Colorful eyeliners can be worn on tone. For example, pink sneakers with a pink suit or as a conscious statement piece. “Or you wear them as a break in your style. The 90s are back and with them leopard print! Wild animal print celebrates a spectacular spring return, even among the stars. Jennifer Lopez (54), Kendall Jenner (28) and Nicky Hilton (40) are already proving this with their Leo looks. “The good thing about leopard print: it never goes out of style and you can wear it all the time,” says Tatjana Kotoric. Leopard trousers are especially popular this season. “You can combine it very well with a cropped, white, wide blouse and sneakers or ballet flats,” says the expert. “If you like to be a little more sporty, you can also wear it with an oversized animal print T-shirt and colorful sneakers.” The expert concludes that there is a point that should be kept in mind in this trend: “Do not combine leopard print too sexy, that is, do not wear very tight or very low-cut clothes.” This can quickly look cheap. “It’s better to wear it loosely and comfortably, so you can wear the animal print in a modern and stylish way.”
