The ‘chefs’ who will be at the Panama Crossroads Festival

Panama Crossroads Festival continues to release details about its next edition. In addition to presenting a line-up of more than 30 musicians, it now includes a gastronomic aspect.

Andrea Pinzón, Carlos “Chombolin” Alba and José Olmedo Carles will be in charge of this gastronomic journey through the diverse flavors of this country.

For two nights, three of the most innovative chefs in the country will combine their talents to create unpublished menu which will explore different regions of Panama.

“Chombolín”, the ambassador national gastronomy and founder of acclaimed restaurant Íntimo, will bring his Caribbean influence. Alongside him, Andrea Pinzón from Baran Blu, known for her seasonal cuisine that respects local ingredients.
