Scholarships for STEM careers: How do they choose beneficiaries?

Most of the participants are from University students (270), and the rest are first (267), and the careers with the highest application are drugpsychology, IT-related degrees, development softwareelectromechanical and electronics; biology, medical technology, architecture and nursing.

To apply for the benefit, first-time students must have average 4.25/5.00 (on average of the last three years of high school), and for students the index must be equal to or greater than 2.00/3.00 points.

To participate in the call you must enter www.fundaciondeveaux.org, in “Apply for a scholarship“, download digital formcomplete the requested personal and academic data and finally attach scanned documents etc Pdf format.

At the end of the call, on February 15, the applications will be evaluated information and the counselor will interview the student to learn more about the candidate’s profile and his academic and professional expectations.

Users

Last year they delivered 20 scholarships students from public and private universities are paid $500 per month to the user to cover expenses related to their studies such as transportation, food, registration, supplies, uniforms, electricity, internet, accommodation (if required) among others. The scholarship lasts from the moment the candidate is selected new internuntil you graduate (includes thesis work and graduation costs).

Funds are delivered as long as the scholarship holder maintains them good grades (2.00/3.00).
