The question of wages can be difficult at best, so you should prepare accordingly.
It is always important to tell the truth and definitely not to lie. It’s not about giving perfect answers, it’s about being original and showing that you’re willing to learn. As for your weaknesses, you should emphasize that you are working on them and give examples of how you can deal with and work on your weaknesses.

Identifying weaknesses you can work on and conveying them in a way that doesn’t have a negative impact on the way you work is a challenge.
