We have long known that different versions of the main character will appear in the multiverse adventure “Deadpool 3”. After all, Dogpool has already been revealed. In new photos from the set, we now see Ryan Reynolds also playing another ‘Deadpool’ variant – and it looks very different from the Wade Wilson we know so far, who was completely disfigured after an experiment.
The new Deadpool not only has his face intact, but also a very full head of hair. The long mane, decorated with a small bun, evokes slight memories of a samurai – which is why some fans already call this variant “Deadpool Samurai”. It could also really be a reference to a similar comic series “Deadpool Samurai” (although this is not a multiverse story, but the real Deadpool goes to Japan for a while).
We also know for sure that this is a second version of Deadpool and not a new look for the well-known character. Because in the above tweet the linked article is out There are still some photos and a video, which the British magazine received exclusively and which we therefore cannot show you for yourself.
But we can tell you that in these photos you can see Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine and the main Deadpool (imitated by a doppelgänger in the scene) talking to the new variant. So Deadpool meets Deadpool – and Dogpool is also in the scenes. So here are three Deadpool variants in one scene.
“Deadpool 3” – in theaters in 2024!
In ‘Deadpool 3’, the brutal mercenary (Ryan Reynolds) and Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) travel across the Multiverse and come face to face with a mysterious villain (played by ‘The Crown’ star Emma Corrin). Many old acquaintances and new figures cross their path.
“Deadpool 3“ is scheduled for release in theaters on July 24, 2024 – which sounds sporty, considering filming is currently underway. However, from May to July 2023, a lot of filming had already taken place before the strikes in Hollywood stopped work. Director Shawn Levy (“Free Guy,” “The Adam Project”), who also appears in the set photos, is responsible for the new MCU adventure.
