It’s been a week since Hollywood star Emma Stone (35) won the Golden Globe for her performance in the movie “Poor Things”. Now the American actress has apparently decided to leave her home near major film studios. According to the Wall Street Journal, Stone put his two-story house in Westwood, a neighborhood of Los Angeles, on the market for $3.995 million.
Emma Stone purchased the stunning two-story home for $2.3 million in 2019. If the property finds a buyer soon, the actor will earn a whopping $1.7 million from this real estate deal.
Built in 1926, the house is a listed building and was recently renovated by the actor. There are four bedrooms, a vaulted high-ceilinged kitchen, a grassy front garden and a separate guest house. The advertisement also states that the villa is suitable for home office use.
Last year, Emma Stone made a splash with a lucrative home sale: She sold her Malibu beach house for nearly $4.4 million. She bought it for 3.25 million in 2018. In addition to her property in Los Angeles, Emma Stone also owns a mansion in Austin, Texas, and an apartment in New York City.
