Dry January? More like GINuary! Or what would be your suggestions?

Dry January, Veganuary … These monthly mottos are so present that sometimes you almost feel a little bad if you don’t participate.

“What? You don’t do Veganuary? You planet killer!”

“I’m sorry, what?? You’re not doing Dry January? You pathetic alcoholic!”

Oh, these are alibi exercises of the first order. If you really care about veganism, do it right instead of posing for a month and then falling back into old habits! And how many people do you know who do Dry January to get super drunk on February 1? Hey, how about paying a little attention to your personal alcohol consumption throughout the year, even in January?

And No Nut November In any case, I never understood it. Why on earth would anyone want to participate?

But let’s stick to the current month of January! There have long been other mottos that ambitious, healthy people can or should follow. JanuaryFor example: Women should grow their body hair in January. Hmmm.

What makes me think now: What mottos can also be associated with January? For example, for me it would be…

Joyfully and consciously increase your gin consumption for a month (because apparently most of my friends had the exact same idea for a Christmas gift and I now have a huge amount of gin at home).
