The Swiss non-alcoholic sparkling wine classic is Rimus. Whether party edition, Bianco, Rosé or certified organic, the whole family can toast to Rimus. When we look at the Swiss border, we see that there are now many non-alcoholic sparkling wines from Italy and Spain. While until a few years ago it was quite complicated to purchase such sparkling wines, these days it is easily found on the wine shelves of leading specialty stores. Non-alcoholic fizzers are also suitable as a refreshing drink for dessert, especially if there is still some residual sweetness.

As with sparkling wines, a small selection of non-alcoholic white wines is now available from specialist Swiss retailers. White Natureo wines from Spain, Bree from Germany and French Divin varieties are particularly popular. Unfortunately, non-alcoholic Swiss white wines are rarely available, so you have to rely mostly on foreign wines.

The same wine brands that offer non-alcoholic white wines often also include red wines in their product range. Although producers are working hard to constantly improve their non-alcoholic red wines, they still differ significantly from conventional wines in terms of smell and taste. Most of the time you feel like you have plain grape juice in your glass. But the advantage is obvious: drink it without a twinge of conscience and are guaranteed to have no hangover the next morning.
