Mark Wahlberg lives a double life in ‘Family Plan’

Director Simon Cellan Jones explores the fascinating double life of Dan Morgan, an exceptional father played by Mark Wahlberg whose dark murderous past calls him to a new mission in ‘Family Plan’, premiering on Apple TV+.

“Mark Wahlberg makes everything believable. He plays a loving father who is a great husband with only one small problem: he has a bit of a past,” says Cellan Jones in an interview with EFE.

“I thought the script was very well written and it was very easy for families from all over the world to identify with it,” Wahlberg told EFE about his decision to participate in the film.

The director hopes that the story of the Morgans will disappear positive reflections in theirs viewers and let families get together to watch a movie.

“The Morgans have learned that they need to trust each other, love each other for who they are, forgive other family members for their shortcomings and maybe spend a little less time on their phones…” he says.

Cellan Jones and Wahlberg also worked together on movie ‘Arthur The King’, whose premiere is scheduled for March 2024.
