Skiing, snowboarding, sledding, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing: There are a wide variety of opportunities for fun and exercise in the snow. However, if you are already afraid of the queue at the mountain train or mountain restaurant when packing your things at home, or if you do not live near a ski resort, you will be satisfied with the alternatives: ice skating, for example.
