CNCO ends its career with a great concert in Puerto Rico

The Latin group CNCO culminated their musical career this Friday in Puerto Rico with a great concert where they performed all their hits and thanked their followers for their support during the seven-year experience.

After the new Dominican singer Aron participated as introductory performance, A video of the moments and experiences of four CNCO members, Puerto Rican Zabdiel De Jesús, Dominican Richard Camacho, Cuban Erick Colon and Ecuadorian Christopher Vélez was shown on the big screen.

After that, he appeared on stage The Coca-Cola Music Hall, in San Juan, the quartet of singers, evoking the screams of their “chelares”, the name they gave to their fans, then began the presentation, the last of the ‘Última Cita Farewall Tour’.

The group started the performance with ‘Reggaeton Lento’, ‘She goes crazy’ and ‘Quisiera’, and then give way to each member to greet the public and thank them for their support throughout the group’s seven-year career.

“Hey my people, this is a very special night. This is our last date and this is where we finish our last show. But my people, tonight we are coming to have a good time. This night is going to be super special and magical,” Colón said.

He also thanked all the followers who have been there since the beginning of the group’s career and “for giving us so many wonderful years”, while Vélez described the musical experience as “a crazy, incredible adventure”.

“Unfortunately it ends today, but know that we carry you in our hearts forever,” said Vélez, after whom Camacho pointed out the letters they received from their fans thanking them for being an inspiration in their lives.

He also described the “cnconere” as “very daring, direct and loyal” people.

De Jesús, however, was the most excited of the group, because when he offered his message, his voice broke.

“Families, this is our last ‘show’ and it’s super special for me to be here with you tonight. I feel like what we can say tonight is not enough to express the gratitude we feel,” he said before starting to cry. .

“But family, we came today to have a good time, it will be a magical night and the idea is that we all leave with a high vibe,” he pointed out.

It’s been more than a year and a half since De Jesús took the microphone to announce live at the Premios Juventud, held at the Puerto Rico Coliseum, the branch of the group that was formed after the end of the La Banda music competition.

After the messages from each of the singers, they continued the evening by performing ‘De cero’, ‘Bonita’, ‘Para enamorarte’, ‘Mi Medicina’, ‘Mamita’, ‘Tu Luz’ and ‘Cien’, all their songs.

Then they sang several songs from songs by other artists such as ‘Por amarte Así’ (Christian Castro), ‘Entra en mi vida’ (Sin Bandera), ‘Dejaría todo’ (Chayanne) and ‘Tan Enamorados’ (Ricardo Montaner). in the one where they invited a girl from the public.

The quartet continued its presentation with ‘Fuego’, ‘Malvada’, ‘La Equivocada’, ‘Volverte a ver’, ‘La ley’, ‘Tan facil’ and ‘Party, humo y Alkohol’, and then gave way to the participation of the only two guests of the evening, Puerto Rican Alejo, one of the new stars of reggaeton, and Aron.
