According to the singer, he kept aside a high-priced bottle of red Châteauneuf-du-Pape to reward himself after the successful completion of his concerts. This is a world-famous wine region in the south of France, where the dark Grenache grape variety is at its best. A total of 18 grape varieties are allowed in Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines.

It is currently unknown which winery and vintage the bottle is from. Examples of potential wineries include Château Rayas, Château de Beaucastel, Domaine de la Vieille Julienne or Clos Saint Jean, all of which have excellent reputations.
