It is delivered on time, and the first thing that surprises you when you unpack it is its size: the kitchen helper is actually longer, but its tip is smaller than expected. It is much less bulky than a traditional dough scraper. The material is much more flexible and also more curved than other silicone dough spatulas or spoons; so it looks more like a large spoon than a dough scraper. The workmanship is good, the material looks good.

For the first attempt, the hot porridge is poured from a metal container into a bowl with the remaining spoon. The liquid sticky porridge can be easily transferred to the plate with the kitchen tool, leaving almost no residue in the pot: but there is no real difference compared to using the traditional dough scraper. Additionally, it would be much more practical for this application if the remaining spoon was a little larger.

Practical for scraping the confit jar
