Yet it is far from over
Although the main series is considered complete, more adventures from the world of “The Walking Dead” await soon. Because even though the format developed by ‘The Condemned’ and ‘The Green Mile’ creator Frank Darabont was put to an end, it ultimately yielded many new ideas – which are now being realized in the form of various offshoots.
In addition to the long-successful spin-off ‘Fear The Walking Dead’ and the two-season ‘The Walking Dead: World Beyond’, ‘The Walking Dead: Dead City’ sees a reunion with Maggie (Lauren Cohan). ) and Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) – and in ‘The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon’ the crowd favorite played by Norman Reedus ends up in apocalyptic France. We are also extremely excited about the return of Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) in “The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live.”
So you see: even if that’s it once and for all after eleven years with the main series, many new stories should at least ease the pain of goodbye for “The Walking Dead” fans for now…
