New York pub panics: James Corden is a “little monster of a man”

That moderator and comedian James Corden (“Carpool Karaoke”, “The Late Late Show”, “Cats”) occasionally loses control of himself is probably best aware of him. After he rose to fame in 2008 at the age of 30, his newfound popularity got him so high that he left unrelated conversations and insulted people haphazardly, among others. The result: 18 months of therapy. Corden understood and apologized, but rumors that he was very different outside of his shows than on stage never stopped.

On October 17, Keith McNally, the owner of New York restaurant Balthazar, posted two incidents from June and October of this year on Instagram and simultaneously banned Corden from eating out. He writes: “James Corden is a very gifted comedian, but a tiny little man. And the most abusive customer to my waiters since the restaurant opened 25 years ago.”

On October 9, Corden was on the Balthazar with his wife. She ordered an egg yolk omelet (which should be part of a keto diet) with Gruyere cheese and salad. Corden found a small piece of egg white in the omelet and complained.

In June, Corden found a hair in his food.

However, seven hours later, the noise has already been resolved. Corden called McNally and apologized profusely. The ban on restaurants has been lifted. For now anyway…
