Julia Leong is 26 years old, has a degree in finance and international business and a master’s degree in project management.
During his reign, he acquired other titles, among them, Queen of the La Chorrera fair (2017), Queen of the Panama Carnival (2020) and Miss Panama Oeste 2021.
Before her departure, which will be this week, she reveals the details of her preparations that were essential for an excellent participation in one of the most prestigious beauty pageants of today.
Leong talks about her expectations from the pageant: “Whenever I compete to win, if something else happens, it’s God’s decision. But Julia always competes to win, not to participate.”
She assures that since Miss Grand Panama 2023 was announced on March 10, 2023, “I am preparing with professionals, local and foreign, who are doing their best, focused on the crown for Panama.”
What aspects have you strengthened?
“Talking to my work team from day one, I asked to be treated as a beginner, to work my way up from scratch,” she says.
He adds: “Despite my experience, I strive to be a new version of Julia that shows the work and evolution of me and the entire work team.”
