Activities for the Week of Deaf Culture

The Week of Deaf Culture has arrived, which will be marked by a series of activities in different parts of the country.

Until Saturday, September 23 at different locations in the countrythese activities will be carried out.

The Deaf Culture Week has its own motto “We can’t hear you, but we want to communicate with you.”

Activities include guided visits to the Museum of Democratic Culture, workshops for the whole family, talks, art presentations, a craft market and a closing ceremony with the Festival of Deaf Culture.

At headquarters Ministry of Culture There will be informative talks aimed at deaf people on topics such as “History of deaf culture”how to apply for national competitions, the registration process in the film industry registry, a workshop on the creation of short films and the rights of deaf people, among others.
