The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) may be the most successful franchise in the history of cinema, but virtually no other brand has as much appeal as James Bond. This is reflected not only in the continued success of the 1962 film “James Bond Hunts Dr. No’ series, but also because of the enormous interest in the search for the next Bond actor (and director). But What is actually the best ‘James Bond’ movie of all time? For the German public the matter is clear:

At number 1 is “James Bond 007 – Goldfinger”, one of the classics of the series, featuring what many fans consider to be the best and most iconic Bond actor Sean Connery In the lead. But right behind them are the Daniel Craig Bonds “Casino Royale” and “Skyfall”, fourth place goes to Roger Moore with “The Spy Who Loved Me” and also Timothy Dalton (“The Breath of Death”) and Pierce Brosnan (“GoldenEye”) are in the top 10.
However, Pierce Brosnan’s films receive the worst ratings in the FILMSTARTS community: ‘Tomorrow Never Dies’ and ‘The World Is Not Enough’ rank quite low and ‘Die Another Day’ even comes in last place – behind ‘Moonraker’, which is often dismissed as rather bland, and the Connery comeback’ Diamond Fever’. ‘ and ‘Quantum of Solace’, which was influenced by the Hollywood strike of 2007/2008.
