Premios Juventud 2023, its opening will be dedicated to reggaeton

The opening of Premios Juventud 2023, which will take place this Thursday in Puerto Rico, will begin with a tribute to reggaeton by Daddy Yankee, one of the pioneers of the genre, and the duo of music producers Luny Tunes.

The musical kick-off, which will feature more than a dozen artists of the urban genre on the stage of the Coliseo de Puerto Rico, in San Juan, “will celebrate the explosion that reggaeton has had among young people around the world,” noted the production of this Tuesday’s event in a press release.

Reggaeton at the center of everything

Alexis and Fido, Angel and Khriz, Chencho Corleone, Chesca, De La Ghetto, DJ Playero, Khea, Omar Courtz, RaiNao, RKM & Ken-Y, Wisin and Zion and Lennox will be artists who will be in charge of this tribute.

Daddy Yankeeself-proclaimed “Safe” of reggaeton, he contributed his own musical work in opening up his new aspect as an entrepreneur and producer.

Also known as “The Big Boss” is the main winner Awards for young people with 23 awards, including recognition for “Agent of Change” 2021.

This year, the aforementioned award will be given to a Colombian artist Shakira.

For the past six years, Premios Juventud has dedicated itself to highlighting the drivers of change, both artists and young Latin Americans who use their platform for the common good.

In this year’s edition, Wisin and the duo of Jowell & Randy will premiere their latest collaboration, “Baja Sube Sube”, on television, as Omar Courtz and Chencho Corleone will sing the song “Saoco”.
