Food, the key to a healthy lifestyle

Adopting or leading a healthy lifestyle is not an easy task, but it is not impossible either, so you should know that success will depend 75% on diet, along with physical activity.

“Food is 75% of success in life in a healthy world”, commented Adriana and Elena Cochesa, who have become a reference in the world of fitness and nutrition for women.

The sisters of Cochesa have devoted themselves to nutritional counseling and training of women who want to improve theirs physical condition and from health through changes in habits diaries of feed.

It’s been more than 30 years since they started their walk in style fitness lifealways with the premise that diet and exercise are the basis welfare.

Both are firm believers that women can stay good, fit and healthy, at different stages of life, age should not be a barrier to setting goals that allow them to look and feel better.

Adriana and Elena Cochesa (@hermanascochesa) have expanded their reach and launched their own Las Hermanas Cochesa brand in 2016 through digital platformswhere they make their knowledge and advice on exercise, nutrition and wellness available to other women.

Due to the success of this community, a year later, in 2017, the sisters founded a tasteless proteinwhich provides the necessary nutrition and can be integrated at any time or meal of the day.

Las Cochesa plans to continue to provide information through its community on Instagram “@hermanascochesa” and be able to create more products that facilitate the life of well-being that many women want to achieve.

It is worth mentioning that Cochesa warns that advice must be personalized, include a review of the person’s history, habits, Lifestyle, food and more. With this information, progress can be tracked.

Adriana and Elena Cochesa are veterinarians by profession and both have certificates for personal training, nutrition applied in sports and metabolic problems by the University of Zulia.

In 2013, Adriana started competing in bodybuilding challenge yourself and show that goals can be achieved with discipline and perseverance.
