Celia Cruz: Will open a mausoleum on the 20th anniversary of her death

Woodlawn Cemetery in the Bronx, where the remains of Celia Cruz (1925-2003) rest, will open its mausoleum on July 16, as that day marks the 20th anniversary of the death of the “Queen of Salsa”, reported EFE and a spokeswoman for the cemetery.

Selesky also indicated that those coming to Woodlawn by car can drive from either of the cemetery’s two entrances to the artist’s mausoleum.
