Warm white wine is as elegant as sangria from a plastic bucket. Unfortunately, there is still no magic that can be used to instantly cool a bottle of wine. But with our trick you can do the whole workout in 15 minutes. All you need is water, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and a cotton swab.

First, get a cotton towel like a regular kitchen towel. Also, your bottle of wine to be cooled is ready.

Run the cotton cloth under a running tap until it is completely wet.

Now wrap the wet cotton cloth around the wine bottle to cool it.

Then put the wrapped wine bottle in the freezer compartment of your refrigerator and set an alarm for 15 minutes if necessary.

After the time is up, take the bottle out of the freezer and remove the now-frozen cotton cloth ideally over the kitchen sink.

Now all you have to do is open the lid to enjoy your perfectly chilled white wine.

You can also use the cooling sleeves from the freezer to keep the good drip cold for a long time. Or you can make yourself a good old ice bucket. You should make sure that the contents are not only ice but also water. Because the coldness of the ice cubes is transferred to the bottle via water, not directly to the ice cubes.
