Zurich Pride recipe: sweet cupcakes with rainbow cream

Small, colorful and buttered: cupcakes. You see them and you can’t resist them. The small, cup-sized, cream-covered cake became the product of an “in”. Toppings vary greatly and range from cream cheese to buttercream to cream or marzipan. It is often decorated with fruits, sugar pearls or chocolate chips. Depending on your mood, the cakes can be decorated perfectly for any occasion. We see Pride Month as an opportunity to present you with colorful cupcakes. As you know, rainbow is an important symbol of movement and our little rainbow cupcakes are super easy to prepare. If you want it to be particularly colorful, use food coloring for the dough and paint individual cakes in different colors of the rainbow.
