Ready for the heat wave: These three silent fans are ideal for home theaters and are now discounted on Amazon

Probably the most important property of a home theater fan is its operating volume. We’ve included these as a little guideline Horex experts consulted so that you have reference points regarding the volumes listed here:

  • 10 decibels: breathing, rustling leaf
  • 30 decibels: very quiet room, light wind
  • 40 decibels: whisper quiet, quiet residential street at night
  • 55 decibels: rain, refrigerator

Dreo Pro T1S: a smart tower fan for home theaters

The Dreo Pro T1S fits seamlessly into any home cinema as it looks very much like a hi-fi floorstanding speaker. Thanks to the TurboSilent construction, the tower fan is in operation between 34 and 48 decibels Calm. At Amazon there is currently a voucher of eight euros for the fan, which then costs only € 91.99.

You can control the six speed levels of the Dreo Pro T1S via the remote control, on the fan, via app or through Alexa to steer. The app shows you a lot of data such as the current room temperature and automatically controls the speed. The tower fan can rotate up to 90 degrees and thus covers a large area. The only drawback: the power cable is a bit short.

Kamome Family: A whisper-quiet pedestal fan

The standing fan Kamome Family is characterized by its very quiet operation, which is essential in the home theater. At the lowest of the four fan settings, the adjustable fan, which is between 57 and 83 centimeters, generates only nine decibels. At the highest level, that is 43 decibels. The pedestal fan is currently available on Amazon at a 29 percent discount for 134 euros*.

The Kamome Family is operated via the supplied remote control, which is stored in a compartment in the base when not in use. There is also an aroma compartment for essential oils or scented oils. The tilt angle can be adjusted in six steps. One downside: the fan’s LED light is dimmable, but generally quite bright.

Sweetfull neck fan for the cinema seat or on the go

Anyone looking for neck fans on Amazon will find themselves overwhelmed by millions of products. We fought our way through the haystack and found the pin: the Sweetfull neck fan currently costs only 22.99 euros at Amazon* and thanks to its bladeless construction, it’s not a danger to your hair.

The Sweetfull is simply hung around your neck and provides you with cold air for up to nine hours. However, we do not recommend that long to avoid a stiff neck. According to the manufacturer, the brushless motor generates between 20 and 45 decibels, depending on the intensity. The neck fan is charged via a USB-C cable.
