Greg Mushen from the USA lost twelve kilos with the help of ChatGPT.

Sport is murder. American Greg Mushen followed this principle throughout his life. Until I came across ChatGPT. With the help of artificial intelligence, the pounds finally dropped. But how exactly did the head of a craft business do this?

The American shares his story on Twitter and tells how it all started. Mushen has been trying to lose weight for a long time. He gained eleven kilos during the corona epidemic. And they must go. Problem: He had always hated jogging. Thanks to ChatGPT, this has fundamentally changed. Out of pure curiosity, she asked for weight loss tips from the software and she got detailed answers.

“unusual” tips at the beginning

The American developed a personal strategy to shed extra pounds in exchange for ChatGPT. He asked the software for research-based recommendations that would make him love jogging. “I also asked the bot to cite science-based research when available.”

And indeed: after eight to ten corrective instructions from the mushen, the AI tool created a detailed plan. As Mushen reported on Twitter, at first he found the chatbot hints “unusual” and was skeptical that it would work. The chatbot gave the American these tips:

one

Put the shoes where they are visible

2

Enter the running date in the calendar

3

Increase mileage every day

With these three rules, musen’s life changed. All of a sudden, running became fun for him. “The first run was very easy and I felt like I could do more.” He realized that the short jogging session really satisfies him.

After that, each run corresponded exactly to the level of performance. Therefore, he never felt tired and was able to continue without any problems.

Finally in April, Mushen wrote on Twitter: “I became addicted to running and lost twelve kilos. All thanks to ChatGPT.» After 30 days, the person who did not exercise was able to travel more than a kilometer at a time.

ChatGPT gives personalized recommendations

And: Running had another positive effect. Due to his increased sports workload, Mushen began to avoid alcohol, sugar and snacks almost completely. His heart rate dropped to a healthier level. ChatGPT backed it up with healthy recipes.

What makes ChatGPT special is that it works personally, so it gets to know its counterpart very well. Mushen was motivated to take small steps before finally finding the driver on his own.

“It changed my life”

The software also helped him find a sleep routine that positively impacted his daily performance. In the end, Mushen was amazed by the result. He started it all for fun and not interested in what kind of weight loss tips ChatGPT would give him.

“I’m glad I did this because it changed my life,” summary. Even if all goes well with the porridge: artificial intelligence cannot replace medical advice. Additionally: ChatGPT cannot admit that it doesn’t know something and then invents resources and information. ChatGPT is not omniscient and should therefore only be used for support. (A)
