What are the top ranked banks in Panama?

In the first four months of 2023, Panamanians are experiencing Savings banks, as the most reputable bank in the sector, with a rating of 8.4, followed by Banco de América Central – Credomatic with a rating of 8.1; in third place is Banistmo with a score of 7.5; Banco Nacional de Panamá is in fourth place with a score of 7.3, and they are in fifth and sixth place global bank with 6.4 and Banco General with 5.5 points.

This result is obtained after applying the methodology “Netnography”, in which mentions of each bank in the first four months of the year are monitored and analyzed, based on mentions generated on social networks and mass media and websites. Sociologists, economists and a multidisciplinary team analyze the semantic web (words) in detail to identify the most relevant banking challenges in Panama.

It is suggested that it is essential to take advantage of trends to improve user interaction and align with the current conversation. it has to be planned strategic marketing increase the offer and strengthen relations with customers, stimulate their interest in the bank.

In addition, educational conversations about finances that also teach about the use and offer of the bank should be encouraged, which is crucial. Quickly meet customer needs to turn positive experiences into memorable ones.
