The business is a consequence of the growth process experienced by Segurma, which leads it to become part of the leading companies in the sector, “in terms of acquiring customersespecially in home and business segment». Therefore, the merger with Cofers makes it possible to strengthen the position in all business segments in Galicia and make the most of all relevant synergies between the two companies.

The company of Basque origin explains that the establishment does not endanger the jobs of the company Ferrol, which are guaranteed.

Segurma details that its organic growth strategy — which has brought it several successes to date — is based on “pursuing acquisition opportunities or mergers with other companies, provided there are conditions of complementarity and synergy that, as in the case of Cofersa, represent a clear benefit for both companies”.

Segurma exceeded 10 million euros in turnover last year, 30% more compared to the previous one, with notable expansion in the business and home segments. The company’s goal is to quadruple the sales achieved in the last year and the connections with its Alarm Reception Center by 2025.
