Employers and trade unions reached an agreement on salary increases of 4% in 2023 and 3% in 2024 and 2025.

Employers and trade unions seem to have reached an agreement on wages this Friday. According to Cadena Ser, CEOE, UGT and CC.OO. They agreed on the trajectory of wage increases for the next 3 years, which will be distributed as follows: this same year, 2023, wages will increase by 4%; while in 2024 and 2025 it will do so by 3%.

And there is more. Because the document includes an additional increase of up to 1% depending on the inflation trend. Employers and unions gave the green light to the agreement, which should be ratified by their governing bodies this Monday.
