87% of houses offered for rent in Galicia find a tenant within 15 days. Properties fly almost as soon as they are published: 20% are booked in the first 48 hours. The market is saturated.
The demand continues to grow, and the supply cannot match it: in the last four years it has fallen by 29%. The mismatch between the two is precisely one of the factors that caused the rise record prices in the last twelve months. The latest barometer of the Galician Real Estate Association (Agalin) shows that the number of houses offered for rent is 1.3 per thousand inhabitants in Galicia.
